Odaksan Engineering Inc. has been manufacturing Stretching Machines and software of these machines since 2011. Odaksan first became well-known in its region and gained high acceptance in the market. In a short time, Odaksan, which has become a leader in its region, has successfully increased its recognition in Turkey and aims to become recognized in the world while becoming a leader in its field in Turkey. Odaksan Engineering is a manufacturer that prioritizes customer satisfaction, understands the customer and adopts the principle of developing machines in line with customer needs.
Our Vision
The vision of Odaksan Mühendislik A.Ş. is to provide stretch machine users with durable machines with less stretch consumption compared to similar machines; to reduce the dependency of users on spare parts; to minimize the amount of use of stretch, which is one of the continuous expense items.
Our Mission
Odaksan's mission is to identify the weak points and problems of stretch machines, to improve them, to develop machines that will use stretch at the optimum point and to deliver these machines to its customers with a depreciation period of less than 2 years. In this direction, we continue to grow by expanding our product range day by day and improving our existing products with R&D innovation investments.
Our Quality Policy
It is possible to classify the stretch wrapping machines we manufacture in two main groups. The first one is mobile stretch wrapping machines; the second one is rotary table stretch wrapping machines. Our differences that make us stand out in our sector are that we design all our machines with PLC automation systems and offer them for sale with touch screen. The technology known in the world in mobile stretch wrapping machines is DC Brushed motor models. These models cause serious costs if they are not maintained. We produce the only maintenance-free SERVO motor models in the world. In addition, visual and easy programming with 7" touch screen, long and trouble-free battery system with tractionary battery and 24/7 operation option with battery replacement feature, 100% adaptation to the pallet with wide surface tracking wheel and high strength with metal body are among the innovations we have brought to the sector. In addition to all these, occupational safety is kept at the highest level thanks to the emergency stop button and front safety barrier. Customer feedback on rotary table machines is quite negative due to some problems they have experienced with other companies before. We attach great importance to the usability of a machine. For this reason, we choose the thickness of the table, the gears and chains that rotate the table from the best materials for the machine to work like the first day. We also ensure that the operator can use the machine easily with the 7" touch screen. 4 different program options, different prestressing and tensioning settings at each stage of winding, saving the recipes made and easily entering the recipes with shortcut keys are our prominent features.
